Brazil economy contracted 1.9 percent in the second quarter. Household consumption hits the worst since 2001 fell 2.1 percent and investment dropped 8.1 percent started in 1996. President Dilma Rousseff was unsuccessful with his plan to cut spending and raise taxes to drive business and consumer confidence amid scandal and coalition fragmented. American Film Maker in Iran Produced Muhammad Messenger of God.

Producer Mark Joseph said the film constitutes the test case to Muslim world especially to Sunni and Shiite communities. After the release, Sunni Muslim in Iran was outrageous as depiction of Prophet Muhammad is blasphemous. While Iran government reaction was unclear to the film, reportedly Shiite communities was unworried as Sunni communities in facing depiction of distorted image of the religious figures. JPMorgan Chase & Co. Analyst Get Involved in Insider Trading.

Ashish Aggarwal, 27 a former JPMorgan Chase analyst was charged with US$600,000 insider trading scandal. He released information to his two friends about Integrated Device Technology Inc. plan to buy PLX Technology Inc in 2012 and Salesforce.com to acquire ExactTarget Inc. in June 2013. Billionaires Lost US$124 Billion on Black Monday.

The richest people in the world have lost for US$ 124 billion as the market plunged in nearly 4 years. Bloomberg released the unfortunate billionaires included Bill Gate with US$ 3.2 billion lost and Jeff Bezos of $2.6 billion wipe off. North Korea and South Korea military forces are on high alert amid their top aides to lower tensions. With no indication achieving successful negotiations, Pyongyang sends two third of its submarines and artillery on the front line to anticipate immediate clashes with South Korea. North Korea accused South Korea’s threat on demilitarised zone within 48 hours escalates tension between the two countries. Russia is to Ship Advanced S-300 Surface-to-Air Missiles to Iran.

Russia infringement of International sanction on arm sales concerned Obama administration. The contract S-300 Russian missiles planned to sign next week. Josh Earnest, White House Press Secretary said that Secretary Kerry would send objection to Russian counterpart soon if Russia continues with his plan to sell S-300 missiles to Iran. Switzerland’s Central Bank Losses of US$20 Billion.

The Swiss National Bank loss was equal to 7.5% of Switzerland’s GDP. The bank has for some years avoided Swiss franc to appreciate more than 1.2 franc per euro since 2011. But in January the Bank left its currency peg which make massive loss. The huge loss was caused by the Swiss franc appreciation jump more than 20% against Euro after European Central Bank launched 1.1 trillion Euro quantitative easing program. (UP/EO/1/August/15)

Canada Economy on the Brink of Collapse

Economists surprised by Canadian economy on May shrink 0.2% may head to recession on the first half of 2015. While central bank lower interest to 0.50% on July is not enough to boost economy. French finance minister unhappy with German Wolfgang Schaeuble statement in response to Greece crises. French finance minister Michel Sapin said that French willing to strengthen the euro zone instead.
