Japan has no more choice to solve the world energy
problem than building power plant on moon. Shimizu, Japan architectural and construction
company is to bring idea to set up giant belt solar panel along 400 km surrounding
the moon. Power plant on moon would transfer energy to stations on earth without
disruption since the moon has no significant atmosphere. The Luna Ring project is
