Russia opens to negotiation with NATO but did not get response
properly. In a statement by Russia Defence Minister, Segey Shoigu said that Moscow
proposal was being ignored by NATO while at the same time Moscow was cooperative
even though NATO allies bulding up near its border. Aline with Segey Shoigu, Andrei
Kelin, Russia’s ambassador to the UK described the years after the Cold War
that NATO continues to show us in confrontational mood. Whilst
in other development, the breakthrough alleviating tension between the two blocs
has been initiated by Trump with transforming NATO to include Russia that would
