 It was Scotland referendum that Nick Clegg, the former deputy prime minister concerned. Nick Clegg sees The Scottish National Party looking for second chance an independent Scotland when Britain exit from EU. Having seen that, the former deputy prime minister warns government to reconsider if they want to leave European Union in 2017. The EU referendum will be held before the end of 2017 after mounting pressure on Prime Minister David Cameron from his internal party.
